The RD159-51022 removes impurities down to 4 µm. The average human hair has a cross-section of about 60 µm. It features an internal O-ring that seals to the filter head. Standard auto parts store filters lack an internal O-ring, allowing fuel and water to bypass the filter and enter your common rail system, which can lead to premature failure. Maintaining fuel cleanliness and performing regular preventive maintenance reduce downtime and the frequency of required regeneration cycles.
